Copying from MyVoters
Individuals
It is very simple to copy a record over from My Voters to My Campaign; simply view that voter’s profile, and under the Voter File VANID menu, click “Add to My campaign.” That user will now appear in your volunteer database.
List
Create a list (e.g., of people who responded to specific survey question)
Click “copy”
Automatically copying survey question responses
You can automatically copy voters with certain responses to survey questions into MyCampaign

Bulk uploading voters through process volunteers

Prepare csv / google sheet of volunteers
Under Run Bulk Uploads click Upload new file
Select Load new People into Process Volunteers
Click Next, and map your fields
Select action. If you only want to upload (without marking) click Upload into Process Volunteers. If you select Apply Survey Question / Apply Activist Code you will make those selections and then come back and click Upload into Process Volunteers.
You will see options to match every voter. If you don't see a match for the voter and / or they are an out of state voter that isn't in your MyCampaign, click Add this person to MyCampaign
Automatically copying through integrations
Several external platforms (e.g., Mobilize America, Blue State Digital) allow you to automatically copy voters into MyCampaign
In order to do that you will need an API Connection
Adding through Quick Lookup
Navigate to Quick Lookup
Search for voter
Click Search My Voter File
Click Add New Person
FIll out details, and click Save
