Copying from MyVoters

Individuals

  • It is very simple to copy a record over from My Voters to My Campaign; simply view that voter’s profile, and under the Voter File VANID menu, click “Add to My campaign.” That user will now appear in your volunteer database.

List

  • Create a list (e.g., of people who responded to specific survey question)

  • Click “copy”

Automatically copying survey question responses

  • You can automatically copy voters with certain responses to survey questions into MyCampaign

    • Several of your automatic survey questions (e.g., volunteer) do this already.  For more details on SQs click here.
