Voter self-identification
Addressing voters based on their self-identification helps build relationships. Because this information can be very difficult to model we want to work together to collect better information about voters and share that back with campaigns and county parties to use them.

Goal
If a voter responds in a language other than English or indicates they would prefer contact in another language answer the SQ (no need to directly ask this question, especially if you are communicating in English)

Add survey question XCmty Language Preference to your scripts (it’s already been added to TDP scripts)

Cutting a list based on preference
You can use responses to organize in a particular language (assuming folks have been using the survey question)
To do this you will want to create a list based on responses to that survey question:
Open Create a list
Scroll to survey questions
Select 2020 Issue: XCmty: Language Pref / 2020 Issue: XCmty: Gender Pref / 2020 Issue: XCmty: Self-ID Ethn
Select languages you want to contact
Click Run search
